This park has been in constant operation since June 1, 2001 and has not needed one repair to the ramps since it has been open. This is no joke, the builders (Suburban Rails) are unbelievable craftsmen. They are skaters and understand how transitions, coping and flow needs to be in a skate park.

If this park is for a private enterprise or a city project please keep in mind that we had a return on our investment in less than 4 months. 4 months was all it took to recoup our money. ($35k plus facility remodel) And that was during the summer inside a building (typically slower times for indoor activities)

measurements are based on the amount of people you want your park to handle. a good rule of thumb is 10-15 riders for every 2,500 square feet
